Patchd Terms

These Terms govern your use of Patchd, including the iPhone and iPad app, audiovisual mini-apps, camera effects, photo effects, audio tools, saved outputs, and related creative features. By using Patchd, you agree to these Terms.
License
Granulab grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Patchd for personal, creative, live performance, and internal business use in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store rules.
Your Content and Outputs
You are responsible for the photos, videos, camera input, files, and other content you load into Patchd. You keep your rights to your own content and rendered outputs. You must have the rights or permission needed to use any third-party material that you import, perform, render, save, or share. If you record people, places, performances, music, third-party media, or other protected content, you are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to record, save, perform, or share it.
Camera, Vision, and Audio Features
Patchd can process camera frames, photos, detected faces, body or hand poses, text, objects, and other sensor values to create visual and audio effects. Outputs may vary by device, permissions, lighting, camera quality, and iOS system behavior.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Patchd, bypass security controls, attempt unauthorized access to services or devices, reverse engineer restricted components, violate applicable law, or use the app to infringe the rights of others.
Accounts, Account Deletion, Diagnostics, and Privacy
Some Patchd features may use account, notification, crash diagnostic, or cloud services. The related data practices are described in the Patchd Privacy Policy. If you create a Patchd account, you can delete it inside the app from Profile > Account > Delete Account, or review the deletion instructions at /patchd/account-deletion.
Purchases
Patchd is currently offered without subscriptions or advertising. If future versions add paid features, purchases will be handled through Apple or the relevant platform provider and will be subject to their payment, refund, and billing terms.
Disclaimer and Liability
Patchd is provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. Granulab does not guarantee that every visual, render, camera, network, or performance workflow will be uninterrupted or error-free. Granulab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
